Steps:
Take a screenshot of windows cmd then create a new image of 851*315 px.
Crop your image accordingly that fits good to you.
Place your side viewing image below cmd image layer.
Use mask tool to clear writings from your eyes and lips.
* It is adviseble to use black background but you are free to choose any.
